Making magic charms/ protection wards, and blessed items. the most basic magic charm or ward is put on a wall (it can't touch the ground after being blessed) and creates a barrier that stops evil spirits, demons, imps, sucubi, and incubi from passing. It is very strong as long as the caster has strong faith. in order to make a blessed ward item. you create a protective circle, then draw a magic compass beneath the air symbol and set the item you want to bless in the center of the compass (the picture above shows an example of a simple compass sigil). you then pick the item up and ask the sun goddess to protect you and to bless the item to ward off any evil. you then pass the item over each element clockwise. make sure you touch the item with the elements. then you set it upon the compass in front of you again, you then ask the goddess who you want it to protect (your family and home would be a good start , and thank the sun goddess for all the life and happiness she has given you.) then you pick up each element in a counter clockwise order , and pass it over the item on the magic compass saying the name of each element as you pass it over.. once you are finished you sit for a moment quietly say a prayer, show your allegance to the sun goddess, then ask her to close the protection circle. then pick the item up.
